History:Fuyukei was born from a clan in the Mist Village that was known for its ability to manipulate water into forms of ice.Because of constant wars and economic strife, the people of the Mist country blamed their troubles on the actions of the ninja, directing most of their hate towards those with advanced bloodlines.Thus this clan was constantly persecuted until there was barely any clan members left.Because of this a male from the main clan changed his surname to Reika so he wouldn't be persecuted. Overtime the male had children and they gained the ability to create ice, the man was worried for his children's safety so he thought them ninjutsu so that if anything happened they could defend themselves.

Fuyukei was born in Kirigakure and was a member of clan that had the power to create ice.Fuyukei was one of three siblings and was the second born out of the three.Fuyukei barely saw his father becouse his father was always on missions and when he did see his Father Fuyukei was usually afraid to interact with him since his father had a cold demeanor.For this reason Fuyukei had a great bond with his mother as he was always seen next to her whenever he had the chance.Other children teased Fuyukei for his attachment of his mother and because of this Fuyukei would repeatedly get into fights.

Even with his attachment to his mother and the other children teasing him because of it Fuyukei was known as a ninja prodigy as he was one of the top students in the academy learning everything taught to him faster then his peers.This made the girls become attracted to Fuyukei as he was a prodigy and good looking.This however made the male students jealous of Fuyukei and they shunned him, because of this Fuyukei did not have many friends.Even with these social problems Fuyukei managed to graduate from the academy earlier then his peers, gradutaing at the age of ten.

After this Fuyukei breezed passed his life as a genin attaining the rank of chuunin just one year after his graduating to genin. During these years Fuyukei began to gain a reputation as one of the most skilled and dangerous ninja in Kirigakure getting the nickname Bloody snow Fuyukei. After gaining strength an notoriety in the village Fuyukei was given the rank of Jounin at the age of sixteen being known as a genious througout the village. Two years have then passed and Fuyukei has been training to become stronger and maybe become Mizukage.

Name:Makyou Hyoushou - Demonic Ice Crystal Mirrors
description:Makyou Hyoushou is a Ninjutsu technique unique to Haku's bloodline. After forming the necessary hand seals, nearby water forms long flat mirrors 360 degrees around the target. Haku himself then places himself inside one of the mirrors. Once inside the mirror, Haku can then using the mirror reflections to confuse his target. Utilizing the reflections, Haku can then almost instantaneously move from one mirror to the other. Due to the speed, his target will appear to be moving in slow motion. Because of this he can then unleash numerous needles into his opponent with little difficulty. Using this technique for long periods of time however, will quickly use up Haku's chakra.

Name:Sensatsu Suishou - Death by a Thousand Flying Water Needles
description:Sensatsu Suishou is a Ninjutsu technique unique to Haku's bloodline. Unlike every other hand seal, Haku is able to create the technique by forming hand seals on only one hand. To create the needles, Haku forms the needed hand seal and then kicks water into the air with his foot. The water then rises into the air and takes the form of a thousand needles. These needles then come raining down on his target.

Name:Sanjuu Rashoumon - Triple Rashoumon
description:Sanjuu Rashoumon is a Ninjutsu summoning technique utilized by Orochimaru. One Rashoumon gate alone was said to be his ultimate defense, with this variation he can summon three of the gates in succession to help block a great incoming blast. Because the gate requires two summoning calls (a right and left), he will bite both his right and left thumbs to initiate the contract.

The gates are not invincible however, being dented by the Soutourou of Kiba and Akamaru, and totally destroyed by Naruto into his four-tailed Kyuubi form. The latter gates do manage to deflect the majority of Naruto's blast though, which could have killed Orochimaru had it not be deflected.

Name:Rouga Nadare no Jutsu - Wolf Fang Avalanche Technique
description:Hyouton • Rouga Nadare is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed handseals, an avalanche of snow will rain down towards Rouga's opponent. As the snow slides down, it will coalesce into large snow wolves. These wolves can follow Rouga's bidding and attack his opponent. A sufficiently powerful straight thrust can disrupt the wolves and return them to snow.

Note that the manga establishes Hyouton as a bloodline limit ability unique to Haku's family. This means this technique conflicts with established canon concerning who can do Ice Element techniques.

Name:Mizuame Nabara - Starch Syrup Capture Field
Description:Suiton • Mizuame Nabara is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Izumo will expel a sticky liquid from his gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows Izumo or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well.

Name:Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique
Description:Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

Name:Kokuun no Jutsu - Black Clouds Technique
Description:Suiton • Kokuun no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by the Rain ninja Kagari which utilizes the Water Element. After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from his body and rise into the sky. Black clouds will form, releasing a flammable rain of oil onto his targets.

Name:Kirigakure no Jutsu - Hidden Mist Technique
Description:Kirigakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Hidden Mist ninja. The ninja causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target.

Name:Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Technique
Description:Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

Name:Haryuu Mouko - Destruction Dragon Fierce Tiger
Description:Hyouton • Haryuu Mouko is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed handseals, an ice tiger will rise from the surrounding ice to strike out against its target. Its cold nature can freeze any nearby water, and its large mass can cause a large amount of damage when it impacts.

Name:Hiraishin no Jutsu - Flying Thunder God Technique
Description:Hiraishin no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique utilized by the Fourth Hokage. The technique gave Yondaime his nickname "Konoha's Yellow Flash," due to his bright yellow hair and his ability to traverse great distances in the blink of an eye. A space-time jutsu like Kuchiyose, Yondaime first needs to mark his destination with a shiki (rite) first, he can then activate the jutsu to come to the mark. He can apply this to a weapon such as a kunai, and when thrown or used, he can instantly travel to it. He can also apply the mark to a touched area, such as his opponent or some other surrounding feature. No matter where the opponent goes, Yondaime can travel to the mark to kill them.


Name:Hyourou no Jutsu - Ice Prison Technique
Description:Hyourou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by the Snow ninja Kakuyoku Fubuki. After forming the needed handseals, Fubuki will touch the ground, causing columns of ice to rise from the ground at her foe. If caught, the ice will rise up around her target and imprison them. She can also use this technique as a defensive measure, raising the ice to form a shield against incoming attacks.

Name:Daitoppa - Great Breakthrough
Description:Fuuton • Daitoppa is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Wind Element. After bringing his hand to his mouth, Orochimaru will blow a large blast of wind capable of leveling almost anything in its way. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.

Name:Edo Tensei - Resurrection to the Impure World
Description:Kuchiyose • Edo Tensei is a Ninjutsu technique which had been forbidden because of its dark nature. The technique involves the summoning of dead souls from the afterlife back into the real world. Normally Kuchiyose (summoning) involves the use of the caster's blood as compensation for summoning, Edo Tensei is different though. The ninja will first sacrifice a living person to provide the vessel that the dead soul will inhabit. The dead body will then be incased in ash and dirt to resemble the soul of the person that was resurrected. When the ninja wishes to recall the souls, a portal will open in the ground and the caskets holding the bodies will appear. When the caskets open the bodies will be grey and in a state of minor decay. At this point the dead souls are able to remember their past life, but they are at the command of the one who summoned them. One final act will fully wipe out their conscious and make them under the command of the one who summoned them. The ninja will place a fuda (charm/tag) of some form into the head of the body. This will then give vitality back to the body and make it a pure killing machine.

When a portion of the dead body is damaged, the ash and dust will merely return and fix the damaged body part. The only way currently known to stop the resurrected person, is to utilize the Shiki Fuujin technique and remove the soul from the body.

Description:Suiton • Suigadan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals to cause a nearby body of water to form a spinning drill.

Name:Suijinheki - Water Encampment Wall
Description:Suiton • Suijinheki is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja will first do a string of hand seals and then proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth to act as a water barrier from incoming attack.

Name:Suirou no Jutsu - Water Prison Technique
Description:Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

special abilities: This sword is made of hardened water and is able to cut through a tree if enough force is put in the strike. The sword's shape and size can be manipulated by the user by applying water elemental chakra through it the sword is able to take a liquid whip-like form or the length of the sword can increase great distances by applying chakra in it. The sword can expell an indifinite amount of water only being limited by the amount of chakra is applied by the user.
