Personality: Mako is a quiet individual, an introverted and reflective soul. He does not speak unless spoken to, nor does he speak without thinking first. The outcome of this patient approach to socializing is often a witty remark, or wise saying. He’s polite and even gracious, particularly to people who treat him with respect. Those who do not treat him this way or those who insult him should know he will not hesitate to spit words of venom and bile in response and, when necessary, punch out a few teeth.
History: Mako was born under… Unusual circumstances. Instead of the normal bone composition of a Human, Mako was born with cartilage, more similar to that of a shark’s bone composition. This was a blessing more than anything, a physical malformation that was hidden beneath his own skin, so none could tell, and gave him the grace, dexterity, and flexibility of one of the world’s greatest predators. His own parents, humble people in their own right were obvious to their child’s strange malformation, though simple oddities presented themselves from time to time; they had usually chalked it up to illusion. Over the course of four summers, the small, new family lived peacefully each day as easy-going as the last. Happiness, however, was fleeting, and complacency became their greatest enemy. .
A visitor had arrived, one that noticed in the child what the boy’s parents could not, that man’s name was Orochimaru. He stole the child, that night; he slithered right into the home of the boy, and took him away, with all the stealth of a master ninja. Mako would never see his family again. Orochimaru took the boy to the Hidden Sound Village, Otogakure. For four years the boy was exposed to strange experimentation, even grueling training as his shark-like abilities continued to manifest under the sadistic ninja’s watchful eye, eventually growing familiar with his bio-electrical current. Able to use these as weapons of defense, Mako escaped his imprisonment at the age of eight.
Now on his own, with only what he learned in the Hidden Sound Village, as well as those fleeting memories of a life before to keep him going, Mako began his journey through his own, self-directed life. As he wandered, Mako came across Village Hidden in the Mist. It was here that Mako was adopted into a new family, a loving family. Realizing the potential within the boy, Mako’s parents enrolled him into the local Ninja Academy where he trained relentlessly. Something within him stirred, and it was here that the young Ninja-to-be learned to utilize his own, private abilities with those of Taijutsu. It was also here that he learned how to open the first three Chakra Gates, the Gate of Opening, the Gate of Healing, and the Gate of Life.
To increase his strength in an effort to accentuate his speed and grace, Mako held himself down with heavy weights, while training. As a student of the art of Jutsu, Mako was average. His real specialties were in his own abilities, and incorporating them with his otherwise passable Jutsu techniques, though the only form he ever really struggled with was Genjutsu. Rumors had spread throughout the village of the Mist of a hidden Ninja group, known as the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist. Their tales would resonate within the boy’s mind, and body, and it was through those whispered exploits that Mako acquired his goal; to join them. On his eleventh year of life, Mako graduated from the Ninja Academy, passing through the first step towards his objective.
Years past, Mako trained, and Mako grew into a young man. At sixteen he joined the Chunin.

Suimen Hokou no Gyou
(Art of Water Walking) By focusing chakra into the feet, the user is able to walk on water. More difficult and chakra-consuming than walking on trees. [E-Rank]
Kabenobori no Jutsu
(Wall Climbing Skill) By focusing chakra into the feet, the user is able to walk on walls. Walls that are thin or frail are more difficult to walk on without breaking them. [E-Rank]
Henge no Jutsu
(Transformation Skill) A basic ninja jutsu required to graduate into a Genin. The user is transformed into a different appearance. They can change into anything from another person to a shuriken, as long as it is not a gas or liquid. In transformation, the user retains the same strength, weight, and density; one cannot fly away as a bird or evade an attack as smoke. [E-Rank]
Kawarimi no Jutsu
(Body Substitute Skill) A basic ninja jutsu required to graduate into a Genin. The user switches his or her body with another object in an instant. It can be a plant, object, or animal, but not a person, something gaseous, or a liquid not in a container. Traditionally, the ninja inexplicably switches with a log. It is a useful jutsu for escape or evasion, but must be prepared one post prior to use by concentrating on the object in question and forming the hand seal. [E-Rank]
Mist Body Flicker
( Kiri-Shunshin) This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination. [D-Rank]
Killing Intent
(Sakki) Killing Intent is simply the user giving off their pure killing intention, and having it affect their opponent, up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a Genjutsu, despite not being a jutsu at all. [Unknown Rank]
Invisible Sheathe
(Inbijiburu Shi-su) This technique was designed as a means to carry large swords (or perhaps other weapons) without concealing it in an actual sheath or occupying their arms. With this technique, the weapon adheres to the user's back and its edge is dulled, making it safer to carry in this way. The amount of chakra required to maintain this is minuscule enough to be held for almost indefinite periods of time. [D-Rank]
[ Ninjutsu ]
Water Clone Technique
(Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu) The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like the other solid clone techniques, the clones can be -used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however; it cannot travel very far from the original body. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water. Hidden Mist Technique
( Kirigakure no Jutsu) This jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist, reducing visibility within the affected area. The density can be controlled by the user, allowing them to create a mist so thick that even they can't see through it. [D-Rank]
[ Taijutsu ]
Tekken/Gouken("Iron Fist/Strong Fist") This is the basic style of Taijutsu, typically used by everybody while fighting. Hard punches and kicks are delivered with the intent of causing outer damage, such as bruising skin, tearing muscle, and breaking bones. Because of its basic nature, every ninja is able to use this Taijutsu to some degree.
Kaimon
("Gate of Opening") The initial Gate of the Eight Celestial Gates. The Gate of Opening is released, absolving the natural limiters in the brain that restrict muscle strength. The user is capable of using one hundred percent of their natural muscular power, doubling their basic speed and strength. [C-Rank]
Kyuumon
("Gate of Rest") The strain of the Kaimon often causes injury to the user, which can be healed through the Kyuumon, the second Gate. The heart is forced to pump blood at a very heightened rate, stimulating the production of red blood cells. This induces super-fast healing and a marked increase in stamina, thus making the user feel rested and refreshed. [C-Rank]
Seimon
("Gate of Life") During the third Gate, the heart's pumping is revved even more. The rapidly circulating blood bulges the user's veins and causes their skin to flush red. Just as how during a workout one's muscles become larger and stronger to meet the demand of stress, the muscles swell and strain to the brink of their ability, upping the user's strength and speed to three times the average. *Bensuka Sensu*
(Defense Breaker Style) This taijutsu style emphasizes 'unstoppable' force. As its name implies, this style is strongest when the opponent is actually trying to defend and block the user's attacks. Each attack is pictured in the user's mind as striking 'through' the person rather than striking 'on' them. This causes their attacks to not lose any power upon impact, instead using whatever limb the opponent is blocking with to strike them with at the same force as if it had impacted without being blocked. This also allows users to more easily break through inanimate objects without requiring as much strength. [ C-rank ]

(Violent Thunder)
Using this taijutsu technique, Mako unleashes a punishing flurry of punches and kicks, utilizing his strength and speed to exceed normal limits. Mako attacks from nearly every angle, attempting to find a weak spot in his opponent’s defense. Upon finding one, he begins to exploit it, hoping to create more. [Rank-B]
Bio-electricity
The sum of the various biological experiments performed on Mako has left him with a unique body chemistry. It’s widely known that the human body operates using a very small electric charge; what makes Mako “special” by common definition is the capacity to which his can operate. Merely through concentration, he can project a range of different charges, from weaker than a static shock or strong enough to put a grown man in a coma. However, such abilities don’t come without a drawback: utilizing and projecting electricity that would otherwise keep him alive away from his body leaves him in a state of exhaustion relative to the amount and charge of electricity used. What was this? Someone had dare enter his domain? How foolish.... Red eyes watched over the flowing river from above, carefully taking in the man's movements. Who was he? He was the Rain Man, his codename given to him in his village. His purpose? For now, he was simply a border guard, his main goal to keep people from entering his village. For weeks he had been there, with no action... And now, someone had drawn near. Go figure. His last day on the job, and NOW someone decided to show. Great.... He was dressed somewhat simply, shirtless, with tattoos crossing over his body. His black hair was tied back on his head, to keep it from being grabbed. To him, only fools and fictional heroes went into battle with hair long and flowing. It was too easy to grab, twist fingers into and snap someone's neck... His hands and feet were bandaged, and for some reason, smoking. He was physical fighter, punches and kicks were his calling. Taijutsu as people called it. He was fast, able to cover most distances within mere seconds. In his training, he learned to push himself, opening the third chakra gate, and using it to his advantage. Even so, with his specialty being taijutsu, the Rain Man knew how to utilize Ninjutsu as well As was his name; he was adept at water-based attacks, able to use moisture in the air for his attacks. But, this was not all to him... This was far from what he could do, if pushed... He was positioned on the top of the waterfall, his right hand gripping a strange umbrella…
