bio:lee's twin brother though easily weaker than his older brother to his more advanced style of taijutsu he is more prone to causing pain and suffering throughout the village and often bullied lee when they where younger however he is loyal to his village and wont abandon it for any reason he masted only simpe jutsus such as replacment and water clon jutsu and only knows on powerfull ninjutsus attack the twin water dragon strike yet unlike lee however he cannot use the 5 gate realease and is the 2nd head of the hidden lotus clan
