lol i wasent talking about rasengan btw XD lol it was a jutsu that i cam up with on another naruto RP forum XD lol its like
1. summons a lightning storm with the use of Rinnegan
2. strikes self with lighting, useing the 5th ring of rinnegan
3. absorb the lightning its self into your own body
4. concentrate it into your hand, making it more compact and more destructive
5. shoot the compressed lightning out of your hand at the target
(cannot be avouded sence lightning travels at like 1/1,000,000,000 of a second or somting lol xD)

so ya :/

oh and PS i can dodge anything seeing as i know my own versio n the flying thunder god technique

lol xD ya but i evened out the skill, so if its done incorrectly, it can either nearly kill u or kill u, depending on how weak u r at the momment of use xD lol so basicly, it u dnt use it when ur around 100% it will like kill urself instead of the other person XD
