Appearence:
Abilities: The only known user of the fourth hokage's move known as the Hiraishin (flying thunder god technique) and user of the special kunai the yondaime used. He is a master of the goken style but unlike the taijutsu specialists rock lee he does not use it with the gates. He is a powerful user of Lightning, and water attack which he uses in conjunction with his taijutsu. He uses a katana (that will be made in customs later) with a special seal on it to call it to him whenever he desires.
Bloodlimit: Chaos
Choas Bloodline Form One: The users eyes turn purple and their stands slightly on end as his strength and endurance increase by about 20% of normal. The user also gains the ability to sense chakra. The users speed is halved and the user cannot reactivate the chaos form for 3 hours.
Chaos Bloodline Form Two: The useres eyes turn a reddish purple and their hair stands a bit more on end then in form one. The users strength and endurance is increased by 60% and their speed is no longer prohibited. The user still retains the ability to sense chakra only now they can distinguish from elemental natures. After using this form the user must not go into combat for one day.
Chaos Bloodline Final Form: The users eyes turn a blood red color and their hair completely stands on end. The usere strength and enduracne are inscreased by 80% and their speed is inscreased by 20%. The users can now tell who someone is exactly by only sensing their chakra. After using this form the user must be hospitalized.
Abilities: Tamwyn uses the lightning and wind elements. He also has the curse seal given to him by a chance encounter with orochimaru who saw potential in him. After he got the curse seal he found jirayia and had him create a counter seal on the opposite shoulder. He uses his sword Raimaru in conjunction with his lightning and water attacks and will only use the curse seal or bloodline when necassary. He also learned the chidori in his battle and can use it 5 times a day.

When the kyuubi attacked his family gave him to another family to take care and ran to fight. His entire family however was slaughtered by the great demon. The foster family raised him and kept training him so he could make his family proud and that he did do very well. At age 9 he graduated the academy and became a chuunin at age 10. At age 13 he was promoted to jounin and is still getting more powerful every day. When he was 11 he traveled to the cloud village and mist village and learned as many water, and lightning jutsu as he could in the short time he was there. Now at age 14 Tamwyn lives in the shadow village and is in succession of inheriting the title of shinikage. Before he made it there however he had a chance encounter with orochimaru which left him with the curse seal on his left shoulders (like sasuke uchiha). After orochimaru left he sought out jiraya and had him create a counter seal for it so he not decend into madness like the uchiha. Jiraiya however was nable to stop the level one curse seals pain effect on the user as it tried to turn them into madness. He did however succeed in making the final part of the pain nullified.
