He took the bottle and looked at Kani, holding back again. "I don't think it's that bad..." He opened the bottle and drank some, then pulled away and threw up, trying to stop it with his free hand but it wasn't working.

And it's cause you were hanging upside down for a while and all the food in your stomach rushed up to you mouth and now you're spitting it up.
