Roji is from the sand village. He's family friend to Gaara, Kankuro, and Tamari. When Gaara, Tamari, and Kankuro are out, he's put in charge. (which isn't a very good idea)
He likes to have fun most of the time, and he gets drunk often.
He's a pretty smart fighter, but would rather sleep then go on missions.
