-he took the metal steak and stabbed it through each of his own legs making then impossible to use for any normal personan then did the same with the arms-
"I guess well be leaving now"

((OOC: I couldn't help but notice how much Ryu and Kyo godmodded here.
1) Any Akatsuki fight DOES NOT have to be death enabled. I don't know if you two know this but you can't kill off another character without their permission, even if it's an akatsuki battle.
2) Hidan wouldn't be able to just walk away from that. He may be immortal but that doesn't mean that he doesn't feel pain. It would hurt him just as much as Kani the only difference is he wouldn't die from it.
3)I'd like to mention how you guys some how managed to hit them everytime, that would never actually happen, there would be some hits and misses on both sides.
4) Kyo seemed to have missed the, "Let's wait for Neko" after everything that happened Neko would've probably retaliated, if you would've given her a chance.
So after thinking about it I figured that I would ban both of these characters for a week and they will lose admin powers until further notice. Thank you, have a nice day ))

((ooc: Actually, I had this conversation with Kani today. And I was going to mention something, but Hitori beat me to it apparently. Yeah, she's right guys, it's not automatically a fight to the death in a battle with the Akatsuki. How do you think Itachi and Kakashi both lived from every battle they had? Or even Gai and Kisame, Itachi and Sasuke, there's a lot of them. And that's right, you can't kill someone off without their permission. I'm not going to repeat everything Hitori said, so yeah. You get the point. Don't godmod!! The rules are there for a reason ))

(ooc: ill gladly point out why itachi, kakashi, gai, and kisame lived through the battles they had due to an extreme overdose of incredible boredom
kakashi lived through all of his battles with itachi due to the fact that itachi was very skilled, but can you deny the fact that everyone trying to attack itachi was trying to kill him? and with guy and kisame the same thing? itachi and kisame fled the leave village because they had a specific target which was not among the ones there, which is why he lived and didnt bother killing kakashi. As for kisame and gai they were also trying to kill each other when they fought in shippuden which is reinforced by the fact that guy used 6 of the 8 gates to fight the cloned kisame.....back to me boredom >.<)

Kimimaru though that it was unfair for me and Neko to be fighting him two to one? Well it was more like four to two, since Kimi is like...insanely powerful. Bring in Hidan, and we're worse then dead. We're ANILATED! and just because it's an akatsuki fight, doesnt mean that it's automaticly an enabled death fight. Me and Neko want to kill Kimi, sure, but that doesn't mean we will. What's the fun in killing off your enemy? Sheesh. Who are we going to plot again after?

(don't do that. yes i do. but it doesn't really do anything. it's an annoying voice in the back of my head that helps with one jutsu. as you know. since i used it when i trained with Malenko. But Mai doesn't count, since she doesn't do squat)

He wasnt even in the fight, and as for it not being fair for hidan to not even be here, All akatsuki with the exception of zetsu travel in 2 man teams hidan is kyo's partner how is it not fair that hes there? And kani hitting someone in the back of neck wouldnt kill someone if it didnt break the bone, it would just knock them unconcsious

Hitting someone on the back of the neck could, but in which the way you guys are going, then it would make sense that you'd do it to kill.
