| Name: Tsumi Usaki Age: 14 Rank: Genin Village: Iwagakure Appearance : Bio: Her father was a bit of a hermit. In fact, when her mother came, he was so happy to have some company he didn't CARE that she was pregnant. The woman did her fair share of the work, up until the last days of course, and her mood swings were easily dealt with by both putting his hands over his ears and singing loudly 'Red red Frog', or climbing up a tree where she could not reach him. He didn't know how they'd gotten through the baby part, with the screaming and the yelling and the blood and the hitting and the death threats, but when it was there, wailing, he knew something was really precious in the world. He also knew he needed to wash his hands. When he returned, the woman was fast asleep, kunai in hand, baby parted from umbilical cord in her arms. Not knowing she had cut the umbilical cord, seing the kunai in one hand and the baby in the other, the man thought that the woman wanted to kill the baby. He left the woman there in the hut and began to search for a safe place to hide, baby whining and crying. Putting the baby on a blanket, he rubbed his eyes and tiredly lit a fire. His eyes mistook the distance, however, and his fire jutsu hit the blanket, instead. Quickly making it fade away, he saw to his shame the baby was dying. Searching around for some way to save the girl, he found of all things a burrow of baby rabbits. Most people would have continued on. The man had heard of things like mixing souls and chakra, and he brought the baby rabbit to the dying human. After an hour of work and a dead baby rat, his own baby was saved. No matter that when it grew on their journey, it grew ... ears and a tail. No matter that it wouldn't eat meat. No matter that it kept jumping around like a hyper little brat. He had a child. And that was pretty good in his books. Even though the village he moved into had more rocks then trees and he actually had to talk to people. And when the child grew old enough, he began to teach it, showing it the things he told the people of the village of the rock, who kept saying that he was a wise man. She got so interested that after graduating the acadamy she lost interest in becoming a ninja, learning from her father instead. Things that most people didn't notice. And when she decided to take over for him, he was proud. But he first decreed that she take a year and see the outside world, meet other people her age. He told her that she shouldn't make any choices yet. She protested so much that he finally told her they were going to take a trip. They walked halfway to a whole other land, one of sand, before he left her drugged up with sleeping tea. Well, first he had to write a letter, which was hard, because it had taken so long just to write his name never mind her name on the birth certificate, never mind that he'd written her name wrong, Usaki instead of Usagi, and the goodbye note was so long... he managed it. Then he just packed up and left. It was time for his little one to learn what the world could offer.
Jutsu: Due to her Father's Kekkai Genkai, 'spinning fire'; the ability to control fire even in water, though it does not strengthen with training, it strengthens with age, and her own elemental affinity, which is predictably earth, she has managed to use a mixture of Kekkai Genkai and ninjutsu to create 'Aki Garasu'. Unfortunately, the most it's able to do is lend her a glass kunai or make pretty glass figures [as useless as it sounds] since she has neither the proper training nor the information she needs on controlling and using chakra successfully. Either way, she's come to rely on other things. Since the Village Hidden among the Rocks values a mixture of physical strength and chakra, Taijutsu, she went for the more physically oriented; it was more amusing, and since no one ever attacks their village except for that one instant a few years ago with an old man, and that other time with Great Uncle Hiroshi where these odd men in capes killed him, she saw no need to learn the chakra oriented areas. She has good stamina, and prefers kicking to punching; her legs being stronger then her arms from the trek over the rocks whenever her family decided to go hiking. Well, that and what may be the obvious since what she is does have more leg strength then anything.
Personality : Treating anyone who's around her age like a strange and fascinating animal, she rarely speaks to them. When she does, it is loud and hyper, with her energy practically slamming through it, scaring people to the point she's quiet again. She enjoys banter with older people, and is very hard to scare. When it comes to someone attacking, she will greet them with a kick in the face. She's heavily wary, however, of owls and hawks, since she thinks they're going to swoop down and steal her soul, but luckily the smaller the bird the less she's worried. She won't eat meat, having a particulair eversion to it due to what she is. She most wants to become a wise person for Iwagakure, but first she has to spend a year in the outside world. That and she has no idea how to get to it from where she is, and every one around her always seems to forget. She's stubborn as a mule, and isn't bothered the least by blood, which is something questionable since she's part rabbit; more her human side then anything.

| ACCEPTED! X3
Great job, Onee-chan! put the jutsus in the jutsu section and if Usaki has any special weapons, put those in the weapons section and then go off and RP! Into the wild!
