- Effect: A skill in which creates a body of water with its own conciousness. Gathering their chakra into their body, the user spews forth a great mass of water from their mouth. This water, lays upon the ground for a few moments. After those few moments, a large dragon of water emerges. Being a total of six feet tall and ten feet long. The dragon that is summoned has a fourth all of all yours stats, has only one fourth of your stamina and half of your chakra. The dragon can use all of your suiton jutsu that you know, but they only do half damage

The chakra quickly flowing through the water, causes more then fifty percent of the water to rise up around the opponent and come crashing down upon them like a circular flowing wave. Once crashing into the opponent, it begins to condense itself smaller and smaller. Increasing the pressure until the opponent bursts.If the opponent is within this jutsu for 5 posts, they will instantly die

- Effect: A skill which utilizing the water around the opponent for it to work. Below the opponent, a head made of water emerges and tries to swallow up the opponent, having sharp dagger like teeth. If the initial chomp misses the opponent, a tongue will emerge to wrap around the opponent to try and pull them back under for a second attempt

- A technique utilizing Water Chakra, Doulbe Materialize, and Focus

- Effect: A skill which can only be used when the opponent is underwater. Within the water, blades of water are created all around the opponent. As soon as they are created, they are sent from various sides in order to tear through the opponent. Cutting open their bodies and leaving terrible wounds upon their body

background:i was originally from the hidden shadow village but when my uncle wanted the rank of shinikage instead of my father he had kicked my family out so they moved to the hidden mist village where my brother ryuko and i were born and raised.i was raised to beleive that we were really from the mist village until the day the shinikage came and murdered my parents when i was 11 but by that time my brother had left to better himself so i was forced to fend for myself i had left my village and become a rogue only to become the mizukage and since the day my parents were killed i vowed to slay the shinikage and dedicated my life to training for that one day.
