- Effect: A skill in which has to be used when the opponent is within the presence of a large body of water. The chakra quickly flowing through the water, causes more then fifty percent of the water to rise up around the opponent and come crashing down upon them like a circular flowing wave. bio:i came from the hidden shadow village whenever my dad killed my mother i decided to leave the village and live with my cousins raku and ryu in the mist village.im blind from my shadow chakra which was so strong with me that it attacked my nervous system and destroyed my sight but as a result my other 4 senses are finely tuned to wear i can feel vibrations in the ground and wind changes and can locate people by hearing.i have great manners but on the battlefeild i show no mercy.
