Ice Skating

He sees the lake that is covered in ice, then decides to walk on it. He stepped onto the frozen water and slipped, falling on his butt. "What is this..?"

*skating by in bare feet*

*sees Gaara*

*skates over to him*

"Do you need help, meow? This isn't a litter box, y'know?"

"I'm not.." He tried to stand up and ended in falling forward on his face. "Why is it so slippery!?"

*thinks*

"Ummm... It's water, meow, except water when it gets cold. So I guess that since water's wet, anything that gets wet, when frozen turns slippery. Lucky for me, I got my kitty claws, meow. Are you sure you don't want help?"

He finally got to his feet, then struggled to stay on them as his legs started to shake. "I'm oka-" He fell face first and the sand that protected his chin cracked. "Fine, I need help.."

*grabs his hand*

"Ok, lets start out slow, meow. Move your feet like I'm doing."

*moves in the triditional way of skating*

He rubbed his chin and followed alond with her, almost slipping most of the time. "This isn't that difficult.."

"Yeah, and it gets more fun once you know how to do it really well, meow. Do you want me to let go?"

He grabbed her arm and hugged it. "Don't let go!" He realized what he was doing. "..."

*smiles*

"Ok, we'll keep going, you and I. It'll be fun, once you get in the groove of things. And you're already doing better, meow."

"Really..?" He sighed. "I'm not used to standing on water, even if we need it to pass a small test during the time we spend as Genins..."

*nodds*

"Ya, I don't like water either, meow. But this water is really solid so I'm not affraid of it!"

"Let's just hope it doesn't break.." He stared at the frozen water under his feet.

"As long as your carful, you won't go into the bad, thin ice. You can tell if it's thin by looking to see if you can see the fishies under the ice, meow. Sometimes I just want to grab them and eat them, but unfortunatly, if you're on thin ice, the worst thing to do is to try and grab the fishies, meow."

"I can see why.." He looked around. "I probably wont be able to tell the difference between thin and thick ice, I'm just stupid like that..."

*jumps out of no where and lands on her skates next her Gaara*

Whooo! That was fun! Have you guys ever tried jumping off that cliff?

*points to a cliff here the lake*

I ran and jumped and landed! WHOOOO!

*laughs loudly*

"Meow, I'm new here. Haven't seen the cliff."

*hugs Gaara to steddy him because she saw that he was wobbling*

"Nice jump, meow. Just like a cat."

*does a figure eight with Neko and Gaara in the center of one of the loops*

*does a figure skate spin*
*looks at Gaara*

Hmmm...you look...FUNNY!

*starts laughing uncantroably*
*starts to skate really fast while still laughing*

*tilts head to the side*

*smiles*

"Meow. Good job, then."

*looks at Gaara*

"Are you having fun, meow?"

He looked at Neko. "Yes.." Then Kani. "What's so funny..?"

[randomly, swiss (AGAIN,in cat form...AHAHHAH!) slips on the ice by them]
"WHATS GOING OOOONNNN????" she said as she sliped down, on her belly. "HEEEELLLLPPPP!MEW!" she screamed

He sighed and unsteadily slid over to her, not having Neko's support. He tried to bend down, but slipped and landed ontop of her. He glared at the ice. "Damn this...stuff!"

"AHHHHH! THE SKYS FALLING ON ME!" swiss screamed from under gaara

He tried to get up, but slipped and fell ontop of her again. "I can't get up!"
