A Little Visit

He walked to the edge of the water and stared out at the sunset across the horizon. "This is one of the most beautiful parts of Sunagakure.." He breathed in deeply, taking in the fresh sent of the water. "Luckly nobody else has ever come here before.."

[randomly, swiss poofs to gaara]
"OH HI GAARA! WHATCHA DOING?"

"Just staring out at the horizon.." He turned and looked at her. "How did you find me..?"

"it must be the kitty sense!"swiss smiled "i like to find the people i like, or am around alot...im really used to your smell now..."swiss smiled to herself

"Really..?" He thought for a second. "What do I smell like?"

"like...you smell like..."swiss squinted a second and looked up to gaara with sad eyes"...blood...?

His eyes widened. "Oh.." He put his hands behind his back and pulled his Kazekage robe's sleaves down, looking out at the horizon. "I wonder why.."

"ARE YOU HURT?"swiss yelled concerned, then grabbed his arm, and started to check

"No.." He pulled his arm away and held it. "I'm not hurt.."

"are you...are you hurt on the inside?"

He looked at the ground, feeling guilty for something. Sand swirled around his arm, covering it. "I.." He closed his eyes and lowered is head. "I usually come here to.. get my mind off things.. and the water makes my skin vulderable.." He opened his eyes and looked at her through the corner of his eye. "Sometimes.. I don't want the sand protecting me.."

"ya..."swiss smiled and tuned to the sunset"i understand that too"

He turned his head to face her. "You.. understand what I'm talking about..?"

"yes...ive been feeling that all my life..."swiss smield and looked at him with her eyes shut

"Oh.." He turned his head to the water and looked down. "We both feel the same thing.." He closed his eyes. 'I don't think she knows the other part of it..'

[swiss turned and sat down]
"im so happy right now..."

He opened his eyes and looked down at her. He sat down beside her and put his arm around her, then pulled it back, squiting as he held his arm. He stood, walked to the other side of her, then put that arm around her. "I am too.."

"gaara...?"swiss asked looking at him

He looked at her. "Yes..?"

"whats love?"

He continued to stare at her. "I.. I don't know.." He looked down. "All I know, is that it can cure me somehow.. and something about caring for and protecting someone.." He opened his eyes. "I can't remeber fully.. I was told when I was six.."

"i wish i could feel it...i wish i knew what it was..."a tear rolled down her face

He lifted his hand and wiped her tear away. "Don't be sad.." He leaned his head on her shoulder. "I don't want you to be sad.." He closed is eyes and thought. 'Yashamaru.. mother.. let me feel what love is like..'

[swiss leaned on gaaras head]
"i cant help it..ive never been not sad..."swiss cried a little more

He opened his eyes. "I don't want you to be sad anymore.." He closed his eyes, ten felt something in his chest aand in his throat. 'What is this..?'
