bio: was killed by Baraka and so was his whole entire clan and family his soul was put into a 3rd level minions and so came the birth of scorpion. when he was reborn he couldnt rember who he was but baraka told him how his family and clan was brutaly murdered by another clan called the Yamato clan (sorry guys but i needed a powerrful clan to go agianst I'll edit it if you tell me ) he serves Baraka and is a a master of stealth kills and interagtaions he is a ninja spectore and cannot be kille dby normal means if you kill him his suol will return into another level 3 minions and the only way his soul is to be destroyed is to seal him into the body of a stong high level ninja ( legndary sannin or above ) and when that happens automatically the body and soul of that peroson is tainted and is set on fire and brings the person ( however good or pure he or she was) into the depths of hell. he uses his kuni mad from the mixture of metal and bone attached to a thread tequines ( the HA! GET OVER HERE thing scorpian does) and has a ninja sword that is lighter and harder than normal katana's and can spit out hell fire

( i know him coming back is kinda bad but i want a powerful villian for u guys and he's the 2nd best next to baraka )

i dont hve anything against the yamato part but it should be sealed into jonin or higher and plus wouldnt you be able to seal him in just about anything?

yeah but if u seal him into a baby the kid would die and scorpian would be able to escape from his dead body beacause the stronger the perosn is te harder it is for scorpain to escape and if jounin or higher sure why not but i would simply kill the jounin's body and roam free so a legenadary sannin akasti member or kage would be the best way to deafeat this guy ( hey he has to kill SOMEONE in naruto somene gets killed somehow and the twist and turns it makes is what makes the show so great next to it's action and showing of rock lee).

also it has to be sealed inot something with a soul in it or in other words a person and aniamsl wont work since animans ( with the expetion of the summoning animals ) would be set on fire with no chakura protecting them i guess the only aniaml that can kill scorpion and die wouldbe the cheif toad, giant slug tsunade has, and the giant snake orichimaru has.
