Visiting a certain person...

The Hyuuga girl walked into the misty area where it was all hard to see, like a low fog permanently settled on the ground where she walked. She listened silently to her footsteps echo with her movements. She sighed deeply and stopped walking as she heard a set of footsteps that where slightly out of sync with her's the only reason she was able to tell. She instinctively drew kunai as she turns around scanning the area with her Byakugan.

Karina paused as someone who looked familar yet diffrent and they wore a Konoha headband. "Who are you? You aren't from Konoha! I've never seen you before. name, rank and where you really are from!"She commanded as a shadow came into view. A Male with spikey, messy black hair. He wore navy with a bit of orange around the edges. A pair of orange googles covered his eyes as his navy blue konoka headband was tied around his forehead. The male gave a ridiculoud grin and semi-smirked. "Oh I'm from Konoha."He said and turns around so his back was towards her. The Uchiha clan fan on the back of his jacket,

The Hyuuga girl stared at him. "Impossible your not Sasuke or Itachi! The Uchiha clan was killed off all but those two!"She said to herself her mind going blank at the possibilites. Where there really more living Uchiha? She'd have to report this to Lady Tsunade right away,

The black haired Uchiha boy laughed slightly. "Well you really won't believe me. My name is Uchiha... Obito. My rank is Chuunin and I am From Konoha. There are the lands of the dead, we kinda are almost alive here but not quite. It's not safe for you to be here for a long period of time... How long have you been in the farplain?"Obito wondered. Karina stared at him quizically, "Hyuuga Karina, Chuunin, konoha, living. and I've been here about.. twelve hours..."She stated Matter-of-factly. The Uchiha's face turned grim as he shook his head...

"Twelve hours?" Standing right beside her now, wearing his Kazekage robe, having either appeared from out of nowhere or he had quietly walked to them. "Do you not know what could happen to you?"

"No I do not, Kazekage-sama"She replied quietly. "where exactly are we anyways?"She said as her byakugan di-activated on it's own. She realized that there was something weird about this place. "Does it eat chakra?"She murmered a dizzing effect overcoming her as her chakra was cut off suddenly. The Uchiha's eyes widended. "Get her out of here Kazekage-sama"He said knowing that the girl was starting to loose it.

With a small, calm nod, he took Karina by the arm and led her out, getting out and leading her away and halfway down the stairs. "If you stay in this place too long, it will suck the soul right out of your body. After much practice and training for your body and mind, your spirit will also become stronger and the amount of time you can stay here lengthens. But nontheless, I suggest trying to avoid staying as long as possible."

"You will know when the time to leave comes close, but I would bring someone with you the next visit you make. Better they are a bit stronger than you, that way they can get you both out of there in time. Some signs are when feeling light headed, dizzy, intoxicated, and like you don't know what your doing or how you got there. There are more signs yet to be figured out.." He looked at Karina with supposedly concerned eyes, it was hard to tell. "Tell me how your feeling right now."

"I'm feel as if my chakra was sealed completely... that's dizzing..."She murmerd and sighed deeply.

"Hm.." Putting his hand to his chin, he pondered on the situation for a moment. "That happens.. Just sit down and try to relax. It will pass eventually, but after twenty or thirty minutes I want you to try a jutsu of any kind."

She nodded, "The odd thing is, my kekkei genkai... The Byakugan doesn't di-activate by it's self. but it did... not even loss of chakra should do that..."She said as she sat down under one of the only trees in the area.

"It could have been a wandering spirit.." He said as he leaned against the tree with his arms crossed. "They may have done so, and merely a few seconds it would take for them to do so as it may have taken more than an hour and lots of talent for an alive being to do something like that. Don't worry unless you still feel like this when twenty to thirty minutes has gone by."

she nodded and closed her eyes and rested for about fifteen minutes. She thought to herself, a few more minutes passed and she put a hand to her head as her head faced the ground, "itai..."She murmered quietly. (itai means ow/ouch/it hurts)

He looked down to her. "Are you alright?"

She quickly regained her posture, "Yes Kazekage-sama, I am alright"She said looking up at him and lieing straight to his face, and still keeping a calm expression, unlike some people from her village...

With that, he uncrossed his arms and got down beside Karina, putting his hand to her forhead. "I will make sure your not faking."
He looked straight into her eyes, staring intensively. "Tell me if your alright, it concerns your safety. If you lie you could be endangering your life. Now tell me again, are you alright?"

She half glared, but still had enough respect towards him to not snap at him. She simply crossed her arms infront of her chest and looked away. "I would say something but I know my place to not be disrespectful."She said sharply as she ignored the pain in her head from being so dizzy.

"Say it." His facial expression didn't change at all, just staring blankly at the girl after he had taken his hand from her forehead.

"Not to Mr. Anger issues I'm not"She snapped back and turned her attention to him and stood up quickly and nearly fell but she made it into a summersault. and grinned idioticly. "I'm fine though."She said and formed handseals. "bunshin no jutsu" she whispered afraid that nothing would happen which was a fear come true. she sighed and plopped back to the ground trying to concentrate. she absentmindedly put her hands on the back of her head looking at the grounded and mouthed 'itai' a sqeal of sound escaping from her as her mind protested her actions. she hoped that it had been took high pitched and quiet for the kazekage to hear.

He calmly walked to where she was sitting, standing infront of her. "You see what you do to yourself.. imbicile. It hasn't been thirty minutes so I am not concerned, and I believe my status as Kazekage is the only thing keeping me on watch for your safety. Otherwise, I suppose I'd have left you here. It seems as though I always get the cold shoulder when I worry for others, so do not complain if your soul is gone by the next ten minutes. And also, do not expect me to care."

He crossed his arms once again, turning and going back to where he had been leaned against the tree, his eyes off her completely.

She made a sound of dissaproval, "Well at least I've never killed anyone in cold blood"She retorted her arms crossed as she stared at the ground unblinking for as long as possible. about a long 30 seconds passed. "I'm sorry... forgive me Kazekage-sama. I'm just tired, and my head hurts like hell."She said sighing deeply.

He stayed silent, not replying to what she had said. Though, she did get a half hearted glare out of him, yet it was directed to the ground.
So much he had done to protect the lives of others, so much he had tried to push the cold blooded murder into the past. And here this girl, out of anger or possibly from the mere head ache and tired-ness, had taken all of it and shoved it back in his face. As if his attempts meant nothing, as if he meant nothing. Maybe he did mean nothing to her, and even as his role of Kazekage, the role he does his best at, meant nothing seeing as she wasn't even from Suna. Could he truely forgive this girl and shrug it off like he would have? Or was Shukaku going to force his mind into oblivion while his body changed and his motives became full of rage and hate? Who knew, the one tailed demon had a taste for blood at the moment..
And so, the demon began counting in a wicked growl within the Jinchuuriki's mind. 'One..'
Gaara pushed off the tree and faced Karina. 'Two..'
He opened his mouth to speak. 'Three..'
His mouth stayed open and twitched as no words were coming to his lips. 'Four..'
Putting his hands to his head, he tried to stop the demon, trying to speak all the while. 'Five..'
Soon, instead of words, low growls emmitted from his throat. 'Six..'
"G-g..." He tried to say the words, but still they would not come. 'Seven...'
He looked at Karina, eyes shining black with round golden orbs staring at her, eager to get the simple word out of his mouth. 'Eight... Nine...'
"GO!!!"

She figured out was was going on and nodded she jumped up and ran as quickly as she could, She hadn't meant it. She had been angry, tired, and just not at all in a good mood, She had messed up and she had to get away from Gaara while she could. He was allowing her to get away so he wouldn't kill her. She ran for ten minutes before she tripped and she didn't even want to get up. she slowly pushed herself up and ran to hide somewhere. She made it to a tree where she climbed in and hid. thankful that she hadn't had her chakra back or else it would be easy to find her.

'Ten...' A loud demonic-like screech escaped his lips that most likely could be heard from a far distance, shaking his head around frantically as the demon within him was taking control of his body. Though, not letting Shukaku have the full control he wanted, Gaara stopped the demons attempts at halfway.
Growling and cackling, Shukaku, still in Gaara's form but with his eyes instead of the red head's, set off to begin the search for his run away prey.

And so, the hunt began.

She wished she had her chakra just so she could get away quicker. She decided to go and run more. She hopped down from her tree and ran again she ran from Gaara but not in fear, because he had told her too. She wondered what she would do if she lost her soul... she saw a stream and decided to cross it. She ran to it and stepped in finding it alot deeper then she had thought it would be, she realized she could probably swim down the river and escape that way, but she realized she'd spent too much time in the far plains she was already starting to feel different. She cursed at herself knowing it would be too late. she may as well let Gaara kill her before she lost her soul. She climbed back to the shore and stood there a rebelious look on her face.

There was no sign of him anywhere, as if he had disappeared suddenly. It seemed safer in the area, but to any cautious person they would know not to let their gaurd down. Exspessially when being chased by an angry demon possessed Kage.
Behind Karina, the ground began to swirl, turning to sand. The psycotic looking red head, eyes being that of Shukaku's, came through the sand and gave a wicked grin to the back of the girl's head, and once she would turn, he would take that second and killher. Slow and painfully. Or, at least that was what the one-tailed demon had been planning to do.

Karina spoke, "Kill me I won't make it out of here without my soul"She said as she looked over her shoulder not even acting afraid because Shinobi don't are at least aren't supposed to show emotion.

"Heh heh.. fool. Have you always been one to get caught up in situations like these?" He chuckled, a hand twitching slightly. Suddenly, an enraged growl emitted from his throat, his hands shooting to his head. "Idiot.. it seems as though we do not have much time for words. I will have to get this over with then.."

"Thank you... This will stay between us... so don't tell anyone I asked you to kill me to save me from the farplains..."She said and bowed and turned around fully so she was facing him and bowed again before just standing there waiting for whatever would happen.
