Wandering Around

Is amlessly wandering around and around the Kazekage room, just staring at the room and not doing anything.

Gaara walked into the Kazekage room, stopping when he noticed someone there.

Looks up at the title of a book on a shelf.

"Hmmm..."

He only saw the back of the persons head, and he realized it was a female, though he didn't recognize her. Slowly and silently, he went over to her, standing directly behind her. He wouldn't do anything until he thought she was a threat.

Kani suddenly feels as though someone's standing behind her.

Someone is here.

Slowly takes a step forward and reaches out for a book, but instead spins around with kunai drawn. Not realizing who's behind her, she takes aim at their face.

Is walking upside down on the kazekage's room holding a map, and then says "I knew I should've taken a left at Albakerky" sees gaara and the girl, "Hello mr Kazekage, hello miss."

He blinked, staring at the kunai that was suddenly to his face. Yet, he stayed perfectly still as if nothing was currently going on. "Hey stranger, oh, and lovely kunai, miss. You must take care of your weapons."

He took his index finger and poked the tip of the knife for no apparent reason, the realization that he recognized the girl's face from somewhere not hitting him yet.

Kani drops the kunai and it clatters to the floor. She backs up against the bookshelf and slides down, all the whilte covering her mouth. Silent tears stream down her face and she hasn't blinked in over two minutes.

That's when the realization hit him, and his eyes widened. "Kani..?"

Shakes her head slowly, tears still streaming down her face, her hand still covering her mouth. She can't take her eyes off his face. (has now not blinked in 5 min)

He took a step forward, his expression not changing. "Is that you..?"

Nods very slowly, everything the same about her positioning.

I'll leave now" sinks into the ceiling

Continues to stare at Gaara.

"Where did you go..?"

"You...but...the desert..."

Swallows.

whispers "I left..."

"Why did you leave?" He questioned, asking things he had put aside for so long. Years, actually. "Why didn't you come back to see if everything had gone okay?"

Despite himself, he felt the urge to throw every question he had at her, yet, he kept calm and collected, only throwing so many at a time. He had lot's of time to ask. Then again, that was if Kani wasn't planning on leaving again.

Slowly stands up.

"You were gone...and I felt no reason to be here..."

"But that doesn't explain why you didn't come back.. don't you remember when I told you to go to the desert? I told you someone was going to help.." He reffered to the time when he was a spirit and had talked to her.

"Even if you didn't think I would come back to life, why didn't you go to where I said my resurection scene would be?" He stared at her, his face blank. "You know I wouldn't lie to you, expessially as a spirit. I wouldn't have a need. Did you not trust my word?"

"I do...but...I thought I was going crazy...I thought that staying in Suna would make me loose my mind..."

Shakes her head slowly.

"Hm.. so you believed I was a figment of your imagination? Do you still believe I am, to this point?"

Shakes her head again.

"I thought you were a figment then and if you had asked me that question a couple minutes ago, then I would have said yes but now...I think you are real and I'm really confused..."

Slumps back down and sits down with her eyes closed.

"Everything has changed so much..."

"I'm glad you think I'm real, because I am." He replied, taking the last step to get closer to her, kneeling down to be eye level with her. "Everything has changed, four years does that, didn't you know?"

Opens her eyes and is a little shocked to see Gaara so close to her.

"Yes...a lot of things have changed..."

"What have you been doing these past four years?" He kept his posture the same, as well as his expression.
