Shadow Mentoring

Zyrag entered the room, "Yes, Raku?"

"well i have called you here to see what you can do with your shadow chakra"

"Oh, thats easy." He replied, pulling out a pitch black bone sword from his shoulder.

"i have seen that before....can you do our jutsu?"

"Uh... you're kidding right, I've never done a jutsu outside of manipulating my bones, let alone shadow jutsu..."He said with a puzzled look.

"heh time you learned huh?"

"hmm?" He sat up, "Really?"

"i cant lose someone close again and this way i can make sure it wont happen again"

Zyrag nodded, "Where do we start?"

*he smiled* "shadowmeld seems good...focus chakra into your feet and you should sink into your shadow"

He reached into his shadow chakra and forced it to his feet. He started to sink but only got halfway up (or down...?) his shins.

(down) "keep focusing"

He managed to get waist deep before he broke concentration.

*he smiled* "whats wrong?"

"..." He closed his eyes, "... ... ... I'm stuck..." he said getting elbow deep (hands down)

"That, I can do..." He sunk completely into his shadow, and made it back out. "Why didn't you say that before?"

"good now we can move on"

Zyrag appeared behind Raku a little 'too quickly' and stumbled into him. "That was... awkward..."
