Love Lee's Room

Neji rose. "I think you should go to sleep now. I'll be back tomorrow to see that you are still here and still resting."he said and blushed,uncomfortable wih the way she was looking at him.

She truted he would bring her no harm or lie to her so she settled down and watched him leave wishing those eyes were infront of her but until then, she'd rest. After laying on her tummy where she wasn't wounded, she fell asleep.

Neji shook his head and went home. He thought it was kind of cool to have met his team mate's long lost sister.

Lee had gone into one of her sleeping fits by the middle of the night and was fidgetting and kicking as she slept. Her body wanted to wake but her mind was remaining obedient to Neji's demands. By morning, her feet were where her head should be and vice versa.

Neji came by the hospital again and opened her door. "Hello?"

Half of her body slumped down off the bed in reaction to his voice and her head perked up with her bangs a frizzy mess.

"You-yawn-came back!" she smiled and stretched.

"You look like a mess."he said.

She looked down at herself, "Well-I must agree. But I have nothing to lose in looking this way. I am as fine as an ogres rotten toe as my father would say." she spoke with a half hearted smile and shrugeed as she sat at the edge of the bed.

Neji cringed. "That's-uh-ew."he said.

"You cannot do much when you look the way you do. If you try to hard, only your self pitty will be exposed. Nothing truly beautiful. I stopped caring about appearance when I stopped affording clothes. You are finely dressed. I can only guess you come from a great clan of force or power."

Neji frowned. "My clothes say nothing about who I am."he huffed. "Are you better or no?"

She nodded and patted his chest back down and then looked around till she spotted the closet wher her clothes hung. She scooted him out and dressed before exitting the room.

"Thank you leaf ninja." she bowed her head respectively.

Cloud was waiting outside her window, clinging to the wall and fidgeting to pull his pistol out of his holster without shooting his- never mind. He swung up a level and jumped through an open window. He was in the hospital, and how the smell quickly grew his hate. He quickly zoomed about the building, looking for her room. he suddenly threw himself at a corner and peeked out. There was Neji, waiting outside her door. "Hm....... the kid never gives up....." he murmured to himself.

He walked smoothly around the corner and placed his gun on Neji's neck. "Move and I'll shoot."

Lee slid the door open a tad bit so that she edged out and kneed him from behind again but followed up with a chop to the neck to stun him.

"Go away please!" she asked with her voice raised. She picked up his gun and looked at the trigger. She curiously pulled it resulting in a flying bullet that struck right beside his head and she scaredly gave it to Neji. "I did nothing wrong! I got an okay from the hokage and just finished getting better mister!"

He took the gun and put it on the floor behind himself. "Yes,she did get an okay Cloud. So leave her."

"Oh? So she did. But that's not why I'm here....." Cloud said as he kneed Neji in the gut and grabbed his shoulders as he crouched, throwing him into the wall. "I've come to offer you a chance to help me with a little quest; and if you refuse, on an unexpected night, I will come back to this hospital when you are completely unaware, "Cloud picked up his gun and continued. "And kill the girl."

Neji looked at him and stood up. "Well,even though I have no choice on whether to do it,what is it you need?"

Lee grumbled and glared at Cloud angrily wanting him to just go away already or at least use no violence in asking a friggin favor. XP

Why do I have to be the damsel in distress? This is so unfair! she thought to herself.

Cloud looked at Lee. You aren't the damsel in distress. he said telepathically to her. He looked back at Neji. "You need to help me in killing a certain someone."

Lee smacked him, "Stay out of my head! And I am! My life is being threatened so that you can get what you want you psychotic rogue! Let me go home..." She tried leaving.

Cloud ignored her slap as if it werent there and continued. "So I presume I'll have to take you with force?" He asked as he opened his jacket and grabbed a vial. He smashed it to the floor and watched as red eyes appeared from the smoke and a demon berserker appeared and it exploded, demolishing a part of the hospital.

Everyone was unconscious. Cloud was walking through the rubble, his goggles already tight on. He picked Neji up and threw him onto his bike. He started his engine and drove off, leaving the berserker to eat the leftovers of the hospital.

Lee stood up wearily after a while and groaned feeling her wound now open again. She saw the berserker and yelled out angrily before casting her bandage wrap around it, slamming it around and drawing it near. Her hand pierced through the beasts chest and pulled his spine clean out of his body till it was dead. Knowing she was far behind from being unconcious a while, she followed the rough marks left on the ground from his tire.

Neji....I am sorry for not being up sooner! I will help you!

She picked up the pace when she could hear the humming of his engine and called to Neji to try and wake him till she could catch up.

"Neji! Neji Hyuga-wake up!" she hollered as loud as she could.

Lee began to trip over herself from the pain that made her much weaker than she was and panted heavily with her hand holding her open wound.

Neji groaned as he began to regain conciousness. 'Oooh...uh, I feel sick' he thought and plifted his head to find himself on a bike. how'd I get here? Oh yeah,cloud's bomb.'
He grabbed onto Cloud and pulled himself up. He heard her yelling at him and looked for her.

She was beginning to slow down as her body began giving in. She gasped and cringed as her body forced her to stop but she sent a kunai with a paper bomb close to the bike. As it hit the ground, the bomb exploded and jerked the bike since the tire burst from the force.
Lee watched from afar hoping she had done some good for Neji who had awakened.

As the bike was in mid-air, the bike sounded a buzz and a new tire replaced the popped one, and Cloud was back on the road. He pushed a button on the handlebars and the bike's mufflers turned green as a flame emerged and Cloud zoomed off into the distance.
