Darkness Surrounding

*He said nothing just smiled wickedly.*

Kani tried to focus on the rock again but now that she knew that Malenko could have seen what happened earlier, she couldn't get her mind away from it.

(Hes just smiling at your efforts)
"Well I am not going to inrtude your mind at the moment."

(ooh! ok! now i feel insignifigant...)

Kani almost let out a sigh but stopped herself short, feeling incredibly foolish, stupid, and vaunerable. But she didn't let Malenko know any of it.

(Lol sorry hes just wierd like that.)
"You know sand is good for wounds."

(no...no...its ok)

Kani stared up at him.

"How? And why are you bringing this up?"

Kani tried to remember if she had brought up fighting or something.

"It cleans it but stings like hell."

Kani nodded.

"Interesting...thank you for the tip..."

"I know you hate the desert..and the Akatsuki."

Kani growled slightly and she looked back at the ground.

"The Akatsuki yes...but I have slightly gotten over my fear of the desert..."

She smirked.

"What else am I afraid of?" she asked, wondering how he would respond.

*He closed his eyes and thought for a while.*
"Losing your friends.."

Kani nodded slowly and then looked at the ground.

"I hate hospitals as well..." she mummbled.

"What about Ryukotsusuei's little brother?"

Kani growled quietly

"I'm not afraid of him...I just want to kill him."

*He laughed abit.*
"You know he has more power than his brother but lacks the skill he had."

Kani grummbled and muttered something that vaguly sounded like 'I dont give a damn' but she didn't completly voice it out to him.

"Have you tried to kill him yet?"
*He smiled wanting to see what the answer was.*

Kani tapped her fingers on the ground.

"Not really...I've attacked him sure and him and I were about to get into a fight...but Neko was there and then he left," she replied. "Coward," she muttered under her breath.

*He laughed.*
"Well maybe you should tell him to meet you somewhere...a place where no one will get in the way?"

Kani nodded.

"That would work..."

She grummbled and looked back at the ground.

"Doubt he'd come though. He'd think a fight with me would be pointless."

(Btw can you go accept Malenko's genjutsu for me? plz?)
"Why would he think that?"

(ok!)

Kani shrugged.

"Thinks I'm not worth his time, just cause I'm a genin. But that doesn't mean anything!"

She clentched her hands into fists.

"Genin, chunin, what's the difference! A lable! Ok! But what do they really mean! I'm stronger then an average genin, I'm practicly and chunin but people like him think that if you have a certain label, then you're what that label says you are."

"Then prove hm wrong Kani."
*He placed his hand on her shoulder then knelt down and whispered to her.*
"Foster your hate..show him your strength."

Kani nodded slowly.

"Hmm," was all she could reply.

She stared at the ground for a couple seconds before speaking again:

"It would be fun that's for sure..." she mummbled.

She flexed her fingers so that they wouldn't become cramped and looked up at Malenko.

"Thanks."

*he stood up smiling*
"It's nothing..I would like to see what you can do though...If you like."
