Zyrag's Shadow Ritual

"Meditate and try and call up your shadow jutsu please"

He did as he was told and felt something whisping around him. "Okay..."

"Very good Zyrag, now I want you to picture yourself in a peaceful place, then I want you to bring the shadow chakra out to its fullest extent, lets see how much you have"
-he said-

He imagined the lake where he first met Raku and Kimimaro. That was one of his happiest memories... Then he let the chakra pour out of him as Ryukotsusei said.

-he watched zyrag as the chakra poured out of him-
"Impressive zyrag you have gained a lot of chakra, I want you to hold it for as long as possible so i can see how long you can keep it going"

Zyrag kept going determined not to stop until Ryukotsusei said to. He focused on the memory. He wasn't just doing it for himself anymore.

"keep going zyrag, stop whenever you cant hold it anymore"
-he said as he studied the boys shadow chakra-

The chakra was starting to exaust him. His pores ached, but he treated it like a life and death situation, he wasn't going to stop anytime soon.

-he was incredibly impressed with the amount of chakra the boy could produce-
"thats it zyrag keep going until you cant anymore"

Zyrag found it getting harder to focus. Fatigue was eating at him. Finally he couldn't hold it any longer and the chakra stopped. He panted with exhaustion and was still unable to move from his position.

-he noticed zyrags chakra had stopped coming out of him-
"Ok zyrag that was great now get some rest and by the time you wake this dome will be down"
-he said-

Zyrag fell asleep due to exhaustion. Later he woke up to a bright light, (compared to the black of the dome,) and got up. He didn't see Ryukotsusei in the room. He started to walk around and eventually found a room with training dummies. He took a bone sword out and swung it at one. A black streak crossed his vision and the dummy's top half slid, falling off the stand. Zyrag's vision slowly moved to the sword. He saw that it was black and not the usual white. "Huh...?" he said puzzled.

-he walked up behind zyrag and put a hand on his shoulder-
"Your shadow chakra is trying to find a way out, since you have to use chakra to pull out your bones, that was it easiest route. Just concsiously use your regular chakra when you pull out your bones for now until you need to concsiously use your shadow chakra, thats the way you want it to be"

(I was going to say some of the chakra fused with his bones lol)

Zyrag did as he said but the bones were a gray tint this time. "... Is that supposed to happen...?"

(well i didnt know that so blah)

"you just haven't mastered putting away your shadow chakra, it'll just take a little bit of practice thats all"

(It's fine so blah XD)

"Okay." He felt more powerful now, and the speed he saw... "What would happen if I didn't master that...?"

"You would eventually use all of your shadow chakra and die"

"Oh..."He said a little disheartened.

-he laughed lightly-
"Do not worry youll get it zyrag i know it"

"Yeah..." He began picking out small splinters each getting a shade lighter, until it was white again. Then he took one about the size of his finger out and it was almost jet black again. He muttered something indecipherable under his breath.

-he smirked lightly-
"Do not worry just keep practicing and you'll get it"

(I read ur topic in the hideout and I might have to go knock some sense into Kimimaro now. XD)

"It's frustrating..." He just kept pulling them out and when they were white again he moved on to a larger size. As they got larger it got harder to purify them.

(LOL)
"keep trying zyrag, I'll leave you alone to your training, you may call for food and drink whenever you may need it."
-he said as he walked away-

He eventually made it to where he could pull a bone sword out white. Then he tried multiple bones and they were all black. He sighed and went back to work eating and dinking rarely whenever he wanted a break.

-he checked in on the boy every once in a while to make sure he wasnt killing himself as he did this-
