-he said as he gently pecked her on the cheek-

Sighs and moans a little, as random thoughts whirl through her head.

"I'm fine," she says, knowing that Asuran was going to ask if she was ok.

"you may be fine now but ill still stay with you love, I'll be here for you when you need me"
-he said as he landed the disk and got off-

Gets off with Asuran, but keeps her eyes closed.

Kani sits down and opens her eyes, staring at the ice under here.

-he sat next to her and wrapped an arm around her-
"are you still sad about Ryukotsusei?"

"Yeah."

Sighs.

aww, poor Neko, she doesn't have any visitors...

"It'll be ok...you see I know why hes going and why he said that....do not gie up hop koishii...because ryukotsusei is probably the only one capable of killing pein and surviving besides maybe his brother...and ryu would never askhis brother to fight that battle...ryu may survive this battle my love so please do not give up hope.."

I'm glad at least one was patient enough to wait for someone who doesn't have internet and is all the way out in the middle of some place they don't know

I got to read tons of stuff about Kani and Asuran kissing, couldn't you make a new thread so I wouldn't be lost like this?

Gaara walked into the room, a bit angry because the nurse hadn't stopped talking, even after he asked her politely to go away. When he got into the room, he seen one of the two missing. He went straight to Neko's side, looking to the empty bed of Kani, and sighed. There was obviously nothing he could do, and he wasn't about to leave Neko. So, he pulled a chair over and waited for her to wake up.

*dead* *not waking up* *zippo* *nadda* *notin* *not there*

ooc: she's not just gonna wake up cuz he came into the room! she can't smell him through the air mask! X3

I just stated that he was waiting for her to wake up O_o

And he's not going to pull her breathing mask off O_O))

He merely continued to wait, staring at her without blinking for long periods of time.

(sorry! asuran had person come in because it was slowly down and i was going to wait for you gaara... i didnt think that he'd hace us leave)

Nods and sighs.

Well, now we're at a standstill. SO I SHALL SAVE THE DAY!))

The same nurse that kept talking to him before came into the room. [b]"Oh, It's you! You came to see them?" The nurse looked at Neko then at Kani's bed. "It seems your other friend got better." She walked over beside him and looked down at Neko, putting a hand on Neko's forehead. "She's almost perfect. Right as Rain, okee dokee smokey. Would you like her to wake up?"

He looked up at the nurse, deciding it best not to bother asking about the 'okey dokey smokey' comment. "Mm.. let her get the rest she needs, I wouldn't want to wake her, even if she has gotten almost enough."

"No that's alright, if we don't wake her up, she might get into a coma. She did some random thing involving the breathing mask Neko was wearing. "Ok, try and talk to her. It'll help her wake her up if she hears her name and a familiar voice."

"Alright..." He looked at Neko, slowly and softly putting his hand on her shoulder. "Neko..? Could you wake up for me, Neko?"

Nothing. A few seconds later her eyelid twitched. Then nothing.

He frowned, shaking her shoulder gently while raising his voice slightly. "Wake up, please.."

Water filled Neko's mind. She was swimming through it, trying to reach the concious ground. Gaara's voice turned the water to syrop and it made it even herder for her to claw her way through. Inside her mind, she screamed, but the only thing that passed through her lips was a faint, "Graa..."

"Say her name. She's responding much quicker to you then she would normally, you're doing well."

"Neko?" He said, keeping his eyes on her. He slowly moved his hand to her cheek, leaving it there. "Can you hear me, Neko?"

Neko's nose twitched. Gaara's smell floated off of his hand and her eyes shot open. She sat up quickly, almost like she had a bad dream, and looked around, startled. "Meow, where-" Then she blinked at Gaara and waved. "Hi Gaara-kun! What are you doing here?"
